The Learning Resources Centre functions as
a vital link to two sections; each called the Learning Resources
Unit (LRU). It is commonly accessed by the staff, researchers,
visiting scholars and students, NGOs/CBOs. The centre
assists individuals and organisations by allowing organised
access to a wealth of HIV-related information from around
the globe. |
| |
It houses a range of information and materials on HIV/AIDS,
epidemiology, sexuality and reproductive health, clinical
and psychosocial issues, pathogenesis and virology, newspaper
clippings, national and international journals, YRG CARE abstracts
and publications.
The Brown University, Providence, RI, USA, the Macfarlene
Burnet Institute for Medical Research and Public Health, Melbourne,
Australia and the Australian India Council have contributed
much to the collection of medical books and journals. |
